Mail Free Cards

I’m writing this July 11 on my iPhone, so please excuse any typos for now. I wanted to get this off my chest and make sure you get the updates

I’m about to unveil my revolutionary direct response marketing platform… forged to solve the biggest challenges real estate investors are grappling with in this surreal environment.

I could ask you what you’d do if you could mail millions of postcards for free. But I might not like your answer. Especially if you’ve been unwittingly helping the REI community churn and burn what was once “the best, most profitable mailing lists.”

There are highly effective ways to find deals or get sellers calling you. But then, why are so many investors struggling today? Here are two of the reasons:

1. Marketing Incest: Most people looking for deals are doing what everyone else is doing, or what someone told them, or what they saw on a show. There’s nothing wrong with testing ideas or suggestions, as long as the time or money at risk is small. Lots of people who are making good profits should be making great profits, from the same time, money and effort. And some people can’t scale… because they’re too scattered.

2. Knowledge Sinkholes: Many real estate investors will be lucky if they get back the money they’ve been spending on education, systems, software, and services. Usually, this is because they were sold a “total solution” which is actually incomplete. Or they fell for a slick “go to bed and wake up rich” pitch.

Many are being misled, misguided and unfortunately, lied to. Well…

For the past few months, I’ve been on a mission. Solving some of these issues is part of it. I’ve been associating, collaborating, and mindstorming with some of the best of the best.

Pulling together my network is nearly complete. After polishing my project to a mirror finish, I’ll share my stuff with you, very soon.
